A fish lives in water. It doesn’t breathe through the nose as you think. It breathes through its gills which absorb the oxygen dissolved in water.
You don’t absorb energy through food, air and water as you think.
You absorb energy through your seven chakras, or energy centers.
But you are not absorbing to your full capacity.
Absorb the energy which is present around you, fully. This is the method to be energetic.
If you have more quantity in your sleep than quality, chances are you are not so fresh in the morning.
When you are asleep, you must absorb the energy around you.
Through this, the quantity will reduce and the quality will drastically increase.
For this to happen, meditate.
Whenever you remember, just take 11 long deep breaths.
